How can I change my personal information?
You can do so by clicking on the link "My Account" enter your user name and password and Login. Then click on the edit profile button on the left hand side. Make any required changes then be sure to click the “Update” link at the bottom of the page after you make a change.
I forgot my Password, how can I get it back?
If you don't remember your password, try logging in to the site with whatever password you believe it might be. If the password is incorrect, you will be shown an error stating your password is incorrect. Along with this error message, you will be given the option to retrieve your password click on the link and follow the instructions

How do I make sure I have the correct town or City in my profile
Some zip codes/postal codes cover more than one city. You can change the city listed in your profile by going to "My account" Login to the "My Account" area.. Remember to press "Update" after you make the change
My password is not working or I forgot my password
If your password is not working: We suggest copying and pasting in your password. Please be sure your browser's cookie settings are no higher than medium-high. Also, try emptying your browser's cookies and temporary files. If none of these solutions work, or if you simply forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on “forgot your password?” when you go to sign in on the website. You will be prompted to enter the email address you listed with us. A new password will be send to that email account.
It does not seem to save my profile information after I have updated it
Please be sure to click the Update button at the bottom of each page you complete.
How can I upload a profile picture of myself?
You can upload photos into your profile. Go to "Manage Photos" in the "My Account" area. Click on the photo you want to use as your Main Profile Photo Also keep in mind that it needs to be a picture of you.
Please check to make sure your image size is bigger than 200 width and 230 height. Also the file must be a JPG, GIF, PNG or BMP. If your image meets the above standards and you are still having problems please let us know what browser you are using and what error message you are receiving after your attempt to upload the image.
How do I delete an unwanted photo?
Go to "Manage Photos" in the "My Account" area. Click on the photo you want to delete. You will see the selected photo bigger and the different options underneath. Select "Delete image" and OK. To exit click the X on the upper right hand corner of the photo. Then you will see that the photo is no longer part of your Public photos. If you want to delete a photo in one of your galleries, follow the same steps, but start by pressing "My Photo Galleries" in the "My Account" area
